To design your loyalty card, just select your logo, this will be placed on your loyalty card automatically, add text, change colour and create your rewards, gifts, or discounts. Easily add a reward or gift, and select how many points to deduct when the reward is redeemed. Finally, add how many points per Dollar, Euro or pound to add to each reward card participant when they purchase products or services in your business.
Since our loyalty card software is cloud-based, everything is instantly synchronized between the customer, admin, and staff. Each staff member will be able to have their own account and login to scan customers reward cards, add points or scan QR codes if the customer wishes to redeem a reward. Within a staff member account, there is an inbuilt QR scanner to scan loyalty card members cards. You can also use your phone's camera or any QR scanner app.

We offer a full free one month trial. You can try our loyalty card system free of charge for a full 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our software, simply cancel anytime before the 30 day trial period ends and you will not be charged. If you choose to continue after the 30 days free trial you will be charged for the first month after the 30 day trial period ends. Your loyalty card, rewards and any customers that have signed up will stay active, meaning you can just carry on with your loyalty card scheme without the need to start over again.

What hardware is needed to scan each QR code?
Our loyalty card software is designed for mobile phone use. All that is needed is a smartphone for both the loyalty card members and staff members, nothing else is needed. Once a staff member logs in to their account from any mobile phone with a camera, they can access the built-in QR scanner that we have built in to the staff member’s account. Furthermore, any free QR code scanner will do the job perfectly if you have one installed on your phone, if not, you can download an app from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Is the system secure?
Our software has been designed to prevent fraud both from the loyalty card members and staff members. There are built-in security features such as the ability to take notes when adding points so staff members can take note of the invoice number of the purchase. Furthermore, when adding points, a photo or note can be taken as evidence of the sale. Staff members will be also to view all the recent transaction history of the customers loyalty card to keep a check of how many transactions have been made. All QR redeem codes are used one time only, once scanned they cannot be reused later. Our loyalty card siftware uses the latest framework, meaning its fully compatible with all modern devices and very secure.
Is there an app version?
Our virtual loyalty cards can be installed on the phones home screen and accessed just like an app, without the need to download from any app store. Just select “add to home screen” from Google Chrome browser settings, and it will install an icon on the phone for quick and easy access.
How do customers view the rewards within the loyalty card program?
Customers can view all the rewards, discounts, and offers from within their account. If they have earned enough points, they can select “claim reward” and a unique QR code will be generated. A staff member scans this, gives the reward, and the software will deduct the points from the members’ digital loyalty card.
Is there a control panel to add or change things?
Our loyalty card software has a full control panel where you can view all the data and statistics of how your loyalty card program is performing. It is here also where you can add gifts or rewards, design the look of your loyalty cards design, add staff members, set rules of the promotion and much more. It is fully optimized for mobile phones, meaning you can control your loyalty card program from anywhere.
I would like to proceed and start my digital loyalty card, how do I start?
The first thing to do is to select a plan that suits the size of your business and try everything for a one month free trial. Once the plan has been selected, you can proceed to make payment for our monthly subscription service. This will be charged after the free trial ends, unless you cancel. Please remember, you can cancel at anytime, without any cancellation fees. Once the payment has been made, we will activate your account and email the login details to you. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours before login details will be sent.
What happens if I need assistance during set up?
Our customer loyalty card software is straight forward to set up. We will send you with your login in details our 8 page user guide to help you get setup.
